Bill Confer, PT, OCS, CSCS, COMT, Cert. MDT— Manager
 

Bill Confer is a licensed physical therapist with over ten years of experience helping to rehabilitate all ages, teenagers to geriatrics. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 and has achieved several post-graduate certifications over the past years.

Bill is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedics (OCS) and a Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist with the Ola Grimsby Institue (COMT). Being able to assess orthopaedic injuries more effectively results in specialized treatment plans to enhance and expedite recovery. He is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy by the McKenzie Institute (Cert. MDT), specializing in one of the most research supported methods for treatment of the spine. Bill is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), furthering his knowledge in developing training programs ranging from athletes to those just beginning to exercise.

Bill is currently working on his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).

Mike Narbecki, MSPT, MTC, COMT
Physical Therapist
 

Mike Narbecki is a licensed physical therapist with over twenty years of experience working in outpatient orthopaedic settings. He graduated with a Masters Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1985 and achieved several post-graduate certifications since then. He has worked with teenagers to seniors and athletes in a variety of sports (lacrosse, jai-alai, football, baseball, etc) from high school to professionals. Mike played collegiate lacrosse for three years at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania.

Mike is a Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist with the University of St. Augustine (Stanley Paris) and the Ola Grimsby Institue and has taken numerous continuing education courses in orthopaedics. This broad knowledge base allows an eclectic approach to efficiently evaluate and rehabilitate orthopedic injuries/conditions and develop specific treatment plans to return the patient to a functional level.

Mike is currently looking into entering a Fellowship program in Orthopaedics with the North American Institute of Manual Therapy (NAIOMT)

Jim Johnson, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist

 

Jim Johnson is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 12 years experience. He graduated from North East Institute of Whole Health with 1000 hours studying under a Shiatsu Master. Jim is Nationally Certified and is Licensed in Florida and New Hampshire.

Jim has advanced training and extensive experience in Clinical Sports Massage, Structural Bodywork, Myofascial Release, Certified in Pre-Natal/Post Natal Massage, and Shiatsu. He has been fortunate to study and work with some of the "mentors" in the Massage field including Ben Benjamin, Robert King and James Waslaski.

Jim's clients have included people of all ages, from 12 to 86, presenting with stress, headaches, lower and upper back aches, sciatica, and carpal tunnel.

Clinical Emphasis: Jim is a Structural Bodyworker specializing in Stress Reduction/Relaxation, Pain Management and Clinical Sports Massage.

 

 

Sue Thackston, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist

 

Sue has over 15 years of experience in the medical massage field and is licensed in Florida. She has worked with general physicians, chiropractors, and plastic surgeons.

Sue has trained in Paul St. John Neuromuscular Therapy and Aaron Mattes Flexibility Conditioning. In addition, Sue is certified in lymphatic drainage. She is able to perform various forms of massage to fit your needs - for pure relaxation, sports massage, or medically orientated neuromuscular massage.

Clinical Emphasis: Pain Management, Stress Reduction/Relaxation, and Lymphedema Drainage Massage.

 

 

 

 

 
Traci Reese
Billing Specialist
 

Traci recently joined the team as our receptionist and billing specialist. She has over 8 years of experience in billing and collections while working for Naples Community Hospital and a private therapy clinic.

Her dedication to customer service and meticulousness with billing make her a welcome member of the team. Traci is available to answer any questions a patient may have regarding the complex world of insurance billing. Overall, her "behind-the-scenes" support is critical to the smooth operation of the company.

Ms. Reese is an Ohio native but has resided in Naples for 26 years. She enjoys time with her family and her new grandson.
