Bill Confer, DPT, OCS, CSCS, COMT, Cert. MDT— Manager
 

Bill Confer is a licensed physical therapist with over twelve years of experience helping to rehabilitate all ages, teenagers to geriatrics. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 and has achieved several post-graduate certifications over the past years. In April, 2010, Bill received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from ATSU. He was also an adjunct Professor at FIU, teaching therapy doctoral students assessment and treatment of the spine.

Bill is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedics (OCS) and a Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist with the Ola Grimsby Institue (COMT). Being able to assess orthopaedic injuries more effectively results in specialized treatment plans to enhance and expedite recovery. He is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy by the McKenzie Institute (Cert. MDT), specializing in one of the most research supported methods for treatment of the spine. Bill is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), furthering his knowledge in developing training programs ranging from athletes to those just beginning to exercise.

Rhea Kopp, PTA, BS
Physical Therapy Assistant
 

Rhea Kopp is a Physical Therapy Assistant graduate from Broward State College. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology.

Rhea brings over 6 years of experience working in rehabilitation, to Premier Care. She has a special interest in health and fitness, apparent with her certifications as an Advanced Personal Trainer and a Health Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). While working as an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer, Rhea performed fitness assessments and developed specific fitness programs for various populations, including experienced athletes, novice work-out enthusiasts, and even those with special needs (such as Parkinson's). She is excited to help others achieve their goals for rehabilitation or fitness, and she motivates clients to surpass their own expectations.

Rhea is a triathlete and an avid cyclist.

Shirley J. Dillard,BS, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist

 

Shirley is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor in both Florida and Tennessee since 1994. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and she completed an internship at the University of Miami School of Medicine's Touch Research Institute with Dr. Tiffany Fields. Shirley is also a Provider of Continuing Education for the National Certification Board of Massage Therapy. While in Nashville, she implemented the Massage Therapy Program at St. Thomas Hospital.

In addition to Massage Therapy and Yoga, Shirley is a Certified Wellness Coach and Retreat Master. Clients may seek massage for medical benefits or for relaxation purposes. She offers a wide range of treatments tailored to each client's specific needs.

Clinical Emphasis: Neuromuscular Massage, Trigger Point, and Craniosacral Therapy.

 

 

 
Traci Reese
Billing Specialist
 

Traci joined the team as our receptionist and billing specialist. She has over 10 years of experience in billing and collections while working for Naples Community Hospital and a private therapy clinic.

Her dedication to customer service and meticulousness with billing make her a welcome member of the team. Traci is available to answer any questions a patient may have regarding the complex world of insurance billing. Overall, her "behind-the-scenes" support is critical to the smooth operation of the company.

Ms. Reese is an Ohio native but has resided in Naples for 26 years. She enjoys time with her family and her grandson.
